A big, massive thank you to Dean who came to my rescue at the very last minute. After ringing Dean at 8.30 on a Wednesday night in a panic about having to rearrange my son's 5th birthday party at the last minute, he came to my rescue by sorting me bouncy castle.He told me to go on their website and take my pick, the only difficult thing was choosing which one as they have SO many! After browsing their impressive website I then chose the 'Hulk' castle and 5 Didi Cars. Dean was very accommodating and listened to me panic but put me at ease by promising delivery by 9am on the day of the party. Peppi arrived just before 9am and put the castle up and cleaned the castle making sure it was spotless ahead of the children playing.The children loved the castle, and the cars were a massive hit! I can't thank Dean and Peppi enough, both lovely people who accommodated us with delivery and pick up times. Will definitely be using Bouncy Time again for all future events. Thanks again to Dean and Peppi for an excellent service!!!

Absolutely incredible service!

Bouncy time saved our summer camp party! We have 3 bouncy castles booked with another company but they cancelled last minute (fuming!)

Barry from bouncy time had it all sorted; he did his best to get something to us. In the end we had 5 different bouncy castles which were way better than the ones we already had booked.

The chaps that came to setup were incredibly professional, very accommodating and got it all done in a swift and smooth fashion!

We are very thankful! Definitely recommend! And you can be sure we will be using them again!

What lovely people. They arrived on time and set up the bouncy castle quickly and with no fuss. They were friendly and helpful from start to finish. When it came to packing up, again, they were quick, tidy and polite. The bouncy castle itself was lovely and reasonably priced. They have other stuff for hire too - I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Had the disco dome for my daughters 11th party yesterday and they all loved it guys were great with setting up even helping with putting up balloons thanks again guys spot on service

Best bouncy castle company ever!! I ordered soft play and a castle and a big slide, the boys was bang on time with drop off and pick up, and could not be more helpful with helping me move things in the garden and cutting back some trees to get the slide in. All the soft play castle and slide was in excellent condition and kids had a great day, a big thanks to bounce time! Will definitely be using bounce time again and I would definitely recommend using them!!
